Internal Rules
To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff, please read and adhere to the following rules when attending sessions at One Pilates:
Access to the Studio:
Only clients with scheduled appointments are allowed in the studio.
If you book a demo session and don’t cancel within 8 hours before the start time — and don’t show up — your next demo session must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
Our 8-hour cancellation policy applies to private and semi-private classes as well. If you cancel within this timeframe, the session will be deducted from your package.
We value your time and ours, and this helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Instructor Qualifications:
All our instructors are fully qualified in Pilates.
We are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice, diagnoses, or evaluations outside the scope of Pilates practice.
Medical Clearance:
If you are under the care or supervision of a healthcare professional, you must provide a medical recommendation letter before starting sessions with us.
Injury and Discomfort:
Exercise carries some risk of injury. If you feel unwell or have an injury (diagnosed or otherwise), please inform the studio in writing and notify your instructor before the session begins.
Your safety is our priority. To ensure a safe and effective workout, all clients must follow the instructor’s guidance and use the Pilates equipment properly.
If an injury occurs due to improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions, we cannot be held responsible.
Appropriate Attire:
Wear comfortable, clean, and fitted clothing that allows the instructor to provide technical feedback.
Avoid clothing with zippers or overly loose garments that may damage the equipment or pose a risk of injury.
Grip Socks are mandatory for your own safety.
Mobile Phones and Personal Belongings:
Silence your mobile phones while in the studio.
Store all personal items in the designated lockers.
Fragrances and Hygiene:
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances out of consideration for clients with sensitivities.
Sanitation and Cleanliness:
After removing your shoes and storing your belongings, use the hand sanitizer provided before approaching the equipment.
Use hand sanitizer again or wash your hands before leaving the studio.
Socks and Footwear:
Remove your shoes upon entering the studio and place them in the designated area.
Non-slip socks are required during all sessions for safety.
Equipment Use and Care:
All equipment surfaces, straps, handles, and props must be disinfected after each use with the studio’s provided cleaning solutions.
Use the Pilates equipment as instructed by your trainer. Do not adjust or tamper with the safety mechanisms of the equipment.
Floor Safety:
Keep the floor clear of any loose items (e.g., weights, circles, balls, or mats) to prevent tripping hazards.
Reporting Hazards:
Inform your instructor immediately if you notice any condition or equipment issue that you believe poses a risk to your health or safety.
Thank you for respecting these guidelines and contributing to a safe, enjoyable, and professional environment at One Pilates Studio. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at onepilates.ro@gmail.com.
