The "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano" program at One Pilates is a comprehensive wellness package designed to harmonize mental and physical health. This program includes seven semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions in our studio paired with seven therapy sessions, all for 2100 LEI. Under the expert guidance of therapist Alexandra Nițulescu, participants engage in therapy sessions that address individual mental and emotional well-being.
